Meet Your Instructor: Gino Morales & Louisa Kan

Gino:
A dynamic fitness coach with a strong focus on movement, performance and helping people push past their limits, Gino specialises in bodyweight training, HIIT and strength-based sessions. He brings high energy, a strong coaching presence and a motivating approach to every class.

 

His sessions are designed to challenge all fitness levels while building strength, control, endurance and confidence.

 

Louisa:

Louisa, a former professional dancer with seven years of coaching experience, infuses every session with technical precision and dynamic energy. Following her early retirement from the stage at 21, she channelled her expertise into movement education, earning dual certifications in Pilates and Barre.

 

Guided by a commitment to inclusivity and excellence, Louisa creates high-energy, welcoming environments that empower participants of every fitness level. Her approach weaves athletic intensity with purposeful modifications, ensuring each experience remains accessible, impactful, and transformative.
