Flow & Soundbath

Flow & Soundbath is a 60-minute experience that gently guides you from movement into stillness. Begin with a breath-led vinyasa flow, moving through chaturanga, upward dog, and downward dog, with space to adjust the practice to your rhythm. Each round offers a chance to centre your intention and find a meditative rhythm that eases both mind and body. The session then shifts into a grounding soundbath, where resonant tones support deep rest. Open to all levels, this class invites you to come as you are and leave recharged and realigned.

Victoria and Carrie bring a shared commitment to mindful, heart-centered practice through movement and sound. Victoria, a yoga teacher with a background in theatre, offers classes that blend strength, presence, and personal expression. Her approach is rooted in body awareness and creating space for reflection. Carrie, a certified sound therapist and meditation guide, draws from her own healing journey to support others in finding calm and balance. Her sessions combine sound, stillness, and gentle energy work to encourage deep rest and release. Together, they hold space for connection, grounding, and quiet transformation.
