Physician Sanye Lam began her journey in wellness with a background in whole food cuisine at Wholefood Kitchen, where she focused on creating meals that were both nourishing and delicious. Her passion for supporting women through all stages of life led her to pursue formal studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. During her clinical training at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, she developed a strong interest in gynaecology and perinatal care. Today, she integrates TCM knowledge with everyday guidance to help others live with strength, balance, and intention.
