Meet Your Instructor: Emi Wong

Born in Canada and raised in Hong Kong, Emi Wong combines determination with a passion for fitness and social media. A University of Hong Kong graduate, she has worked with global brands including Pernod Ricard and Lululemon before becoming a certified advanced personal trainer. In 2017, she launched her YouTube channel, now with over 7.4 million subscribers and 777,000 Instagram followers, sharing equipment-free, apartment-friendly workouts that make fitness accessible to all.
