Afiq:
Afiq is a Barry’s instructor known for his powerful presence, detailed coaching and ability to elevate performance in every class. With a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, he concentrates on proper form, intensity and progressive overload to help clients train smarter and stronger.

 

His sessions are structured and intentional, with high accountability and a motivating energy that pushes you to show up as your best self. Whether you are new or experienced, Afiq ensures every session leaves you stronger than when you walked in.

 

JM:
JM is a fitness instructor based in Singapore, known for her high-energy classes that blend strength, rhythm and immersive programming.

 

With a background in spin and group training, she brings a distinct coaching style rooted in flow, musicality and intentional movement. Her sessions are designed to push clients beyond their perceived limits, guided by powerful playlists and a strong connection to the room.
