Angie Yeo is a yoga instructor who believes in yoga as a powerful tool for individuals to become their most resilient self, both physically and mentally. With over a decade of teaching experience and a track record of leading numerous immersions and teacher trainings, her philosophy centres on accessibility and empowerment. Angie is currently exploring yoga’s potential in rehabilitation, helping individuals lead pain-free, mindful lives.
