Yoga + Soundbath

This class combines a slow, mindful yoga flow with the immersive practice of sound healing. Movement and sound are thoughtfully layered to guide you into a deeper state of awareness, helping the body release tension while the mind settles into stillness.

As the session unfolds, sound becomes your anchor, supporting you in softening beyond the practice of movement alone. The experience closes with a restorative savasana, where vibration and rest work together to carry you into a deeper sense of ease.

Meet Your Instructor: Tingyu & Hayley

Wild Fig Yoga:
What started as a shared passion among friends, Wild Fig Yoga now creates experiences beyond the studio that reconnect you with nature. Set by the beach, in parks, or along the river, each session invites you to move, breathe, and experience wellness in a grounded way.

At its core, the practice holds space for authenticity, reflection, curiosity, and ease, allowing you to reconnect with yourself through intentional movement and breath. Alongside regular sessions, Wild Fig Yoga runs the Flow For Good series, supporting causes it believes in through community-led practice and focusing on creating thoughtful experiences for both new and experienced practitioners.

Tingyu & Hayley:
Founder Tingyu shapes this vision through her belief in yoga as a holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing, designing nature-led sessions that foster authenticity, curiosity and joy. You’ll often find her leading flows by the beach or along the river. Co-founder Hayley, a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor, brings experience across a range of practices to guide accessible, grounded sessions beyond the studio, supporting practitioners of all backgrounds.
