Designed for beginners, this session welcomes everyone, even those with no prior acro experience. No strength, flexibility, or yoga background is required. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore. No partner is needed, so come solo and connect with a community ready to learn, move, and have fun together.

Meet Your Instructor: Brandon Chong & Jia Min (Jyan)

Brandon:

Brandon is a dynamic yoga instructor who blends movement, music, and everyday philosophy into immersive classes that cultivate strength, flexibility, and presence. His sessions transform traditional yoga into a rhythmic, mindful experience, guiding participants to synchronise breath and motion, find harmony within their bodies, and move with intention. Through inventive sequencing and uplifting rhythms, Brandon inspires individuals to fully engage with their practice, leaving them energised, centred, and ready to carry its benefits beyond the mat.

 

Jia Min (Jyan):

As a Yoga instructor and ex-founder of Jyan Yoga Studio, Jyan has a clear understanding of the physical body and mental awareness that is rooted in the practice. Specialising in treating back care conditions such as Scoliosis, she has helped people attain their goals through her customisable classes and extensive vocabulary to give each student the exact tools required.

Paired with her Salsa, Latin and Standard Ballroom dance experience, an elegant embodiment of movement and clear instructions are perfect for visual learners. She uses that as a foundation for her approach towards Acroyoga.
