You’ll use precise movements, breathwork, and focused control to activate your core, improve stability, and enhance your mind-body awareness. This class combines core training and smooth flow, so you’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and recharged, with a lighter spring in your step. Dawn is a dedicated entrepreneur and passionate champion of fitness and healthy living. Since 2018, when she travelled to Nepal to earn her Certified Sound Bowl Therapist qualification, she has continually advanced her expertise. Now, with over 25 years of experience leading yoga and Pilates, Dawn delivers transformative sessions that energise both body and mind. She empowers participants to move purposefully and breathe with intention, ensuring each experience leaves you recharged—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Dawn’s journey, shared with her four children and the wider community, exemplifies the spirit of connection, inclusivity, and growth.
