Pilates for Hybrid Athletes

This Pilates session is designed for bodies that run, lift and compete, targeting the deep stabilising muscles, rotational control and mobility that high-performance training demands but often neglects. You will develop a strong core brace to support form under fatigue, hip mobility to protect your knees over long distances, and eccentric control to help your muscles endure under load.

 

Whether you are preparing for Hyrox, chasing a half marathon personal best, or managing post-leg day strain, this session fills the gaps in your training, helping you move better, recover faster and reduce injury risk.

Clara has an athletic background in track and field, water polo, tennis, and CrossFit, and is Polestar-trained across the full Pilates repertoire, including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Mat, allowing her to tailor sessions to individual needs. She focuses on helping students build strength, mobility, and body awareness, supporting them in feeling stronger, more confident, and more at home in their movement, both in and out of the studio.
